Vytazen offers products that can be purchased through a subscription, which will automatically renew unless canceled. By subscribing, the payment method of your choice will be charged the subscription amount and will renew every 30 days, or the delivery cadence ("billing period").

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time though your customer portal, or by contacting us using the form on this page. Please cancel at least 3 days before your subscription renews.

You are obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate information to keep your billing account current and accurate (change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is canceled or is no longer valid. Changes to such information can be made in your customer portal.

We hope you'll enjoy our supplements! But in case there are issues, please note that we maintain a strict health code and are not able to accept returns on all items. Items may only be returned if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition. If the tamper-proof seal has been removed or damaged in any way, we can no longer accept it as a return. Any unopened and undamaged item is eligible for return for 30 days from your order date. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost, plus a $3 handling charge. If your package is damaged or your safety seal is broken upon receipt, email us for return instructions.

FREE SHIPPING on product orders over $100 (tax not included in qualifying purchase amount to receive free shipping. Free shipping is to the US lower 48 states, AK and HI excluded). Products ship from our facility within 3 business days, usually sooner, holidays and weekends excluded.
